I really like the post of the top 10 (got expanded to 16) programmer annoyances
In some sort of a bizarre way it incorporates the life in the office from the programmer perspective.
No 9 is a favorite of mine and has been one that i can be proud of. i have fixed too many problems in too many computers in tooooo many offices.
