Converting from Visual Studio 2003 to 2005?

if you are then there is a nice Project template that was created just for you guys.
the Guys in ASP.NET have made another great contribution to the Visual Studio guys like us.
the project template is suppose to shorten the time to convert the projects conversion by the use of the same conceptual semantics of Visual Studio 2003.
